Although it is a very different role to the one that I was used to, I found my colleagues only too happy to help me settle in. I found the diversity of the jobs I am given interesting and fulfilling. The on-site training provided was very useful and rewarding. As I trained as an electrician for many years the new role as a Multi Skilled Craftsperson involves much more than just electrical works and I find it very rewarding job helping the NHS run smoothly.
