Renchu Hesketh Chief Executive Officer Renchu is the Chief Executive for SWFT CS with more than 20 years’ experience in the NHS. She has overall responsibility for the Company. Renchu brings a wealth of experience from both provider organisations and commissioning roles in both physical and mental health areas. She is a physiotherapist by background with Chartered Manager status as a member of the Chartered Management Institute. Her varied background provides a unique perspective in understanding complexities of organisations across services and organisational boundaries. Having worked across operations and strategy she understands the importance of focussing on both to achieve the best outcomes for patients and staff. Helen Leavitt Director of Finance Helen leads the SWFT Clinical Services' Finance Team. She is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has over 20 years’ experience across healthcare and private sector finance. Nigel Corcoran Director of Capital and Estates Nigel is a specialist in Estates and Capital Management and currently leads the Capital and Estates division. With over 30 years of experience in the field, including more than nine years in healthcare, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. His diverse background spans both the Defence and Healthcare sectors, giving him a unique and valuable perspective that enhances his approach to managing complex projects. As a qualified Mechanical and Civil Engineer and an experienced Project Management professional, Nigel combines technical proficiency with strategic leadership. He is deeply committed to patient safety, environmental sustainability, and fostering innovation within the estates and capital management landscape. Adrian Stokes Head of Consultancy Adrian leads the Company’s Management Consultancy Division advising on strategic finance providing advice and guidance to the Foundation Group as well as supporting other NHS and independent sector health care bodies. Adrian went through the NHS Graduate programme and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy. He has worked in healthcare for over 25 years with over 15 years’ experience on Boards of NHS or related bodies. Ross Mould Director of Clinical Operations Ross is the Director of Clinical Operations with over 13 years of experience in the NHS, specialising in pharmacy and private healthcare. He oversees outpatient pharmacy services across five hospital sites - Warwick; Stratford-upon-Avon; George Eliot; UHCW and Hospital of St. Cross, Rugby. He is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and leading transformational change to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency across diverse clinical settings. Mark Rowlands Director of Facilities With 39 years of experience within the NHS, Mark has extensive expertise in leading the delivery of a broad range of facilities related services across both acute and community healthcare settings. His strategic leadership has been integral in maintaining safe, efficient, and sustainable healthcare environments, providing operational resilience, and underpinning the delivery of high-quality patient care through continuous service improvement and innovation.
