Developing Acorn House

SWFT Clinical Services acquired Acorn House in Warwick in 2021 to provide new office accommodation on the first floor for SWFT's community based staff, as well as an Education and Training facility for the SWFT workforce which will be located on the ground floor and due to open later this year. 

The property has been undergoing extensive renovations to create modern offices which include air-conditioned facilities, outside space and on site car parking.  Community staff and non-front facing services from Cape Road Clinic were moved to the first floor of Acorn House in June after being located there for 35 years!

This facility has also provided the opportunity for the Safeguarding team to be co-located in one office, when previously the team has been spread throughout the county. The team reports that they are reaping the benefits immediately from this relocation.

SWFT's Chief Executive Glen Burley recently visited the premises.
