New Community Diagnostic Centre at Stratford Hospital

The South Warwickshire Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC), located at Stratford Hospital, is a key development in our aim to deliver faster, more accessible diagnostic services for patients.

The CDC is part of a national programme to transform diagnostic services by offering a wide range of elective tests outside of hospital settings.

The CDC enhances the Radiology Services by offering MRI, CT, ultrasound, X-ray, and mammography under one roof with the CDC helping to reduce hospital pressues and cut waiting times, giving patients quicker access in a calmre, more convenient setting.

The project was managed by SWFT Clinical Services on behalf of South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust.

All services became fully operational on 14th July 2025.
