Insights Discovery

With coaching provided by South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust, a group of staff recently completed their Insights Discovery analysis.  This training model creates lasting self-awareness, builds strong relationships and drives business performance, and the group will continue to share their learnings with each other and additional colleagues to improve communication and motivation.
