Healthcare facility in Lillington

We are delighted to share with you that planning permission has been granted and work to develop the new healthcare facility, which will replace the Cubbington Road Surgery and the Crown Way Clinic in Lillington, is going to begin this month.

The exciting co-designed development, which has been supported by funding from Warwick District Council’s Community Infrastructure Levy, will create a new build two storey, modern, low carbon healthcare facility. The development will integrate primary care services alongside a range of community health teams and will support increased access to vital services for the local population.

We have appointed Deeley Construction who will be undertaking the build on behalf of partners from South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust, Warwick District Council and NHS Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board. The programme of work is expected to complete in November 2023.
