Warwick Hospital's new wards

The Company's Estate and Capital Project teams are leading the development of two new wards in the Elective Hub at Warwick Hospital on behalf of SWFT.

Work is progressing well on the upper two floors of the Elective Hub, with completion expected in Spring 2027.  The space will provide two new wards featuring modern treatment rooms, welcoming waiting areas and dedicated clinic spaces.  

The new facilities will become the home of Hatton Ward and the 23 Hour Ward, creating an improved environment.
